BRAHMA VALLI SEVENTH ANUVAKA

Mantra:  Asanneva  sa  bhavathi  asath brahmeti  veda  chet  asti  brahmeti veda…..
There is nothing for him who does not know the existence of the Brahman. A person who knows its existence is considered as a realized soul! One who denies its existence  refuses  the good path of “varnasrama dharma” that leads to the realization. One who does not accept the mandates of the Vedas is an atheist and branded as a bad character. On the other hand one who believes in the existence of the Brahman shall tread the path ordained---of ‘ varnasrama dharma” with sraddha  (faith). He shall become famous as a good person. For this Vignanamaya, Anandamaya is the atma.
The disciple asks the teacher a few questions to clarify his doubts. According to the Sruthi these are called ‘ anuprasnas’—supplementary questions-since they arise after the teacher’s lecture. The questions are
1 Will a layman realize the Brahman after his death?
2 Will a scholar or vidwan, after his death, realize the Brahman or not?
3 As the Brahman is impartial, similar to the layman, will the scholar realize the Brahman or not?
Divine Sruthi  in reply, affirms in an introduction that Brahman is the chief cause for the creation of the sky and the universe.
Paramatma   or the Brahman, the root cause of the creation of akasa and the universe, resolved to manifest  himself in different ways. After carefully planning the creative process, IT created beings with form and name (nama, rupa) according to their individual karmas (good, evil deeds).
After creating the universe, Brahman appears to enter ‘antahkarana’, pretends to see, hear, think and know. So Brahma is the cause for ‘antahkarana’. It is ‘murtha’(earth, fire, and water);  ‘amurtha’ (air and sky)
Brahma is ‘ Niruktha’( according to time and region);  ‘anirukta’( opposite of nirukta). It is with base and without base ( nilaya and anilaya) IT is all animate and inanimate objects in the universe    IT is the form of Truth as well as untruth like mirage.
Hence the same form of Truth appears as the universe with animate and inanimate objects. So, this Brahman is called as the TRUTH by those who have realized it.
